Heritage Victoria’s Maritime Heritage at Risk Program 2020/21 Annual Report
The Maritime Heritage at Risk Program conducts site management activities aimed at protecting the most significant Victorian shipwrecks at the highest risk. Activities include conservation, community involvement in observing and reporting human activity and diver site inspections. In addition, data is collected on the current condition and possible future risk to shipwrecks.
The 2020/21 Annual Report includes details on conservation at the Amazon wreck, the monitoring of fourteen shipwrecks located in State and Commonwealth waters and inspections conducted at five wreck sites. The report can be found here.
